Nice video !
I’m still searching for a pot wich has all the advantages of the msr titan but with a solution for hanging it above a campfire.

Great review.
Was wondering how tight fitting the lid is on the MSR. Whenever I cook I tend to look into the pot alot or add ingredients. So I wouldn’t want the lid to be so tight as to have to yank on it hard to take it off. So if you had it filled with water and you took off the lid will the water splash out.
Also does it have measuring lines?

‘fraid not. The 700 is the same diameter as a Nalgene, so it can slip onto it.
The stainless lid is on of the reasons why I didn’t go for it. But instead got the Vargo Ti Mug, same capacity and diameter. Just has a Ti lid.
But I do wish the Vargo has measuring lines.

cool. I’m a big fan of the Heiney pot but I got to admit, for anything other than heating up water, it’s pretty close to useless. Luckily that’s all I want it to do

yes, it was rather nasty outside yesterday and even today in Longmont. Combo of snow and rain…
is the diameter of the Snow Peak 600 the same as the 700? I have the 700, and it’s lid, although pretty heavy (its stainless), is rather effective.

Dig your vids. Did you carry your Heini pots in a plastic container, or were they durable enough without protection?
