Where can I find an amateur backpacking group in the Philippines?

February 2nd, 2010 | by admin |

I want to join a backpacking group in the Philippines. Is there any one which I can join, and how do I get in touch with them?

Come join us!

We are a group of professionals who are well-traveled and get together once in a while here in Manila. Members can backpack alone or sometimes with a buddy or buddies.

We all found each other through this site: www.couchsurfing.com

So far, it’s been pretty good and we’ve been making lotsa friends. My only problem is that my work keeps me from traveling much! But if you don’t wanna join, you can always just ask for advice and we’ll try to do our best answering your queries. ^_^

Mabuhay and it’s great to hear from a fellow backpacker here on YAP!

And for the record, we don’t have to spend much to have a great travel and culture experience here in the Philippines.

why not go with the professionals, they know what to do or avoid, the safest way, you’ll just spend the same amount with both groups.
