ridgerunnersurvival …
ridgerunnersurvival,
I think this fellow has done a lot of camping & has realized he never needed or used a sheath knife. This is a video on camping, it’s not about surviving off the land. There are those people who take what they need & then there are those who take what they think they’ll need in every possible worst case scenario. It’s possible for the first group to get caught unprepared, but it’s certain that the second group will always be lugging too much stuff.

uh…actually a …
uh…actually a sheath knife is a much better choice…they dont fold up can be use for a lot more heavy duty tasks..talk to the experts before telling people they dont need a sheath knife..
Good brands to look at are Cold Steel, Bark River Knife and Tool, K-Bar and Frosts Mora (Swedish company not the crappy “knife network” company)

when I go camping …
when I go camping to the favorite family campsite I love watching all the crap some people bring with them. The new thing i noticed is the use of an inverter to power the portable dvd player and 16” flat screen in the tent. Also everyone is bringing way too much food with them. Last week the raccoons were having a field day with two campsites, (the humans) wanted to leave but it took them 3 hours to pack up and leave. Glad no bears in this area if they came to my site because of u, run
