Great video, I never knew these existed (but ok I’m a newby). I guess they weigh next to nothing, so it’s easy to bring some just in case your shoe or boot isn’t every bit as good as you thought it would be.

I use superfeet the orange one, most insoles from rockport timperlands are shite compared to them.
