( I know people don't agree) I have had mine for 4 years and never had a problem with leaking, or anything. Use it probably 2-3 times a year, Spring, Fall, and Winter. Never had any problems, it costs about $55. Definately seal it, but I have never had any problems. I got mine at walmart and its about $55. It has a divider to make it 2 rooms. Its like 13 x 11 feet.
