Maybe your school has one. Check the Housing Dept site or any freshman intro site.

My school sent me some ideas last year in the mail, but I may have been lucky.

School's have certain regulations and set ups that will vary which stores don't know about. It's good to go to the source you get what you need and not what you cannot have in a dorm.

Some things are obvious, and if you have a roommate, some things will need to be discussed. I can't offer you more advice though, because for instance, my dorm had desks and beds and a couch and such, but needed a carpet and such. Other schools have some of those or lack some. My school provides limited amounts of linen, but does give some. One school I almost went to even had computers as part of the furnature in the room! So the best thing to do is check with the school, maybe ask students there in the dorms as well.

Housing doesn't want you to be in the dark about this stuff. They want to make sure you have what you need and aren't breaking the rules so you could probably also ask.

Odds are you'll forget something, that happens to everyone, so don't worry too much. What happens more often is that you bring more than you need. It's your first time so you'll learn stuff and get experience for next year.

Good luck though, moving in for the first time is an adventure, but everyone makes it through.
References :
Where can I get a online back to school checklist for college students?
This is going to be my first time staying on campus, and I'm not sure what to get for my dorm.
